Ideally designed to accommodate 4 adults with children. Only 3,5 km from the village center, you have an easy access to all amenities.
House of 150m2, on 2 levels, with beautiful covered terraces : East to enjoy the sunrise at breakfast and South for a warm meal.
1500m2 of land, not fenced, offering a wide variety of local vegetation.
Ground floor :
- Open NEWLY RENOVATED kitchen to the dining room equipped with air conditioning (dishwasher, microwave, electric cooking, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer), access to the east terrace and dining area,
- Large living room with comfortable chairs TV, and WIFI access, open fireplace, fully equipped room with air conditioning
