The property, 2940m2, has some neighbors but without facing, only 5 mn drive to the village, big land planted with olive trees, oaks and almond trees.
The house is built on 3 floors, about 270 m2, south facing :
- 1rst floor : the studio apartment (south/east) for 4 people
. 2 bedrooms : 1 double bed (140×200) and 1 king size bed (2 beds 90×200)
. 1 bathroom with shower only and WC
. kitchen : fridge, coffee machine, gas hotplate.
Direct access to the garden and the pool.
- 2nd floor : access by severals steps (could be closed when little kids around)
. 2 bedrooms : 1 king size bed (2 beds 90×200) and 2 single beds (90×200)
. 1 bathroom with shower with WC
. 1 family bathroom close to the twin bedroom and its separated WC
. big living-room with the TV (nl-tv decoder)and the WIFI access
. big kitchen with all the modern conveniences : dish-washer, fridge and the frizzer, gas hotplate, micro-wave, electric oven, coffee machine and boiler. The washing machine under the steps.
- 3rd floor : stairs from the living-room arrive to the mezzanine with its sofa bed
. 1 bedroom : 1 king size bed (2 beds 90×200)
. 1 sofa bed (140×190) with a terrace south facing,
. bathroom with a little shower only and WC
Secured pool (4,5m X 10m deep 0,60 to 1,90m), surrounded by beaches with the sunbeds.
Behind the house a shaded terrace welcome you with its big table and chairs for lunch or dinner depends on the season.
Close the space for the volley ground under the trees.
Severals terraces offer you different areas all day long to relax, play or for friendly snacks.
The land is big enough to park your cars (2-4).
Extra charges :
End of stay cleaning is compulsory, a mid-stay cleaning can be provide with an extra charge.
The house linen is optional (bath & hand towels, bedlinen and kitchen clothes), Pool towel
